إخلاء المسؤولية

This Disclaimer covers the website goldupdates.org, run by AH Movers Dubai, a moving and packing company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Everything on this website is offered as general guidance about our services. By using this website, you agree to the terms on this page.

General Guidance Only

The service descriptions, moving guides and blog articles on this website are general information about moving in Dubai and the UAE. They are here to help you plan; they are not a substitute for a personal survey of your own home, office or belongings, and they are not professional advice tailored to your situation.

Prices Are Estimates Until We Survey

Any price mentioned on this website, or given by phone, WhatsApp or email, is an estimate based on the information available at that moment. Your final price is confirmed after a free survey — in person or by detailed video call — once we can see the volume, the access and any special items. If the actual move turns out to differ from what was surveyed, for instance with extra items or difficult access, the confirmed price may be adjusted, and we will explain any change before the work goes ahead.

Availability and Timings

Our services run across Dubai and the UAE, subject to crew and vehicle availability. Your booking confirms your moving date and arrival window. On the day, timing can be affected by traffic, building management rules, lift bookings, permits and weather, so stated times are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times.

Items You Pack Yourself, and Valuables

Anything you pack yourself travels at your own risk as far as the quality of that packing is concerned, unless we agree otherwise in writing before the move. We recommend carrying cash, jewellery, important documents, medicines and small irreplaceable items personally rather than sending them in the truck. Where our responsibility for loss or damage applies, it is limited to the terms in your written booking confirmation — and those terms will always be explained before you book.

Keeping Information Accurate

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, including service descriptions and area coverage. Services, methods and availability can still change, and occasional errors are possible. If anything differs, the details in your written quote and booking confirmation take priority over general website content.

Links to Other Websites

For convenience, this website may link to third-party sites, such as map or social media pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Any external site you visit is at your own discretion.

Updates to This Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
